Ginta Grinfelde joins CAPLINQ as Inside Sales Administrator

I am happy to announce that effective May 5th, 2019, Ginta Grinfelde will join CAPLINQ’s Sales Team as our new Inside Sales Administrator. Working full time out of our offices in Heemskerk, Netherlands, Ginta will support us and our customers so that we can provide even better service and customer experience.


I am always looking for new challenges and experiences and I am excited to start my new position at Caplinq.

Ginta holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree from Hogeschool InHolland in the Netherlands and has worked in various customer-facing roles in Germany and the Netherlands.

Ginta moved to the Netherlands when she was 19 years old but has also lived for a few months in both China and Germany.  Still, Amsterdam is her favorite city to live in.

In her free time, she likes to go to comedy shows, read a good book, try a new craft beer, or go for a bike ride through Amsterdam and travel as much as possible.

Ginta to support front line sales

Key to this role will be to update and administer our CRM tools and systems and to work with both customers and sales staff to move projects forward.

Organizationally, Ginta will report to the Commercial Manager but will interact with all departments as she learns, develops and implements new tools.

He is always interested in taking highly technical subjects and distilling these to their essence so that even the layman can understand. He loves to get into the technical details of an issue and then understand how it can be useful for specific customers and applications.
