I am happy to announce that effective May 13th, 2019, George Kountardas will join CAPLINQ’s Team as our new Product Manager. Working full time out of our offices in Heemskerk, Netherlands, George will introduce new products and support our existing product line.
I am your stereotypical nerd, forever asking questions and reverse engineering whatever I can get my hands on to figure out how things work.
George holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sheffield (UK) and has extensive experience with project management and specialized international transportation.
George moved to the Netherlands 2 years ago, looking for new challenges and opportunities. He applied to CAPLINQ because of its international appeal and after interviewing agreed to join after learning about how this ambitious company has a direct impact on the development and advancement of new technologies.
In his free time, George continues to experiment with new technology. He enjoys PC building, gaming and comics. He also enjoys watching medieval and sci-fi movies, listening and playing music, and walking his dog. An avid traveler, George has a goal to step foot in every country in the world.
George to support all product lines
Key to this role will be to understand all the products CAPLINQ offers and to find the unique selling proposition of each that allows customers to find solutions to their engineering challenges.
Organizationally, George will report to the Business Development Engineer but will interact with all departments as he introduces, launches, and supports new products.
