CAPLINQ signs distribution agreement with Henkel in Europe

CAPLINQ EUROPE BV SIGNS DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT TO REPRESENT HENKEL SEMICONDUCTOR PACKAGING MATERIALS  IN EUROPE

Amsterdam, The Netherlands (WEBWIRE) – October 10th, 2019 – CAPLINQ Europe BV announced today that it has become Henkel’s “European Market Partner” to promote, distribute, and support its semiconductor and sensor packaging and microelectronics assembly materials.  Under the terms of the signed agreement, CAPLINQ will represent Henkel’s full line of semiconductor grade adhesives and encapsulants with a specific focus on its established and proven line of conductive and non-conductive die attach adhesives, pastes, and films.

HENKEL OFFERS WORLD’S BROADEST RANGE OF SEMICONDUCTOR ADHESIVES AND ENCAPSULANTS

With diversified LOCTITE® ABLESTIK and LOCTITE® ECCOBOND portfolios, Henkel offers the broadest range of materials for standard (wire bond) and advanced (flip chip and wafer-level) semiconductor and sensor packaging. This includes die attach pastes, die attach films, liquid encapsulants, underfills and coatings, sensor assembly adhesives, fine particle solder pastes and specific thermal interface materials for semiconductor, sensor and microelectronics applications. Henkel is the market leader in semiconductor die attach, having developed the first commercially available die attach adhesive pastes as well as conductive die attach films on dicing tape.
