We are delighted to welcome James Baduria to the CAPLINQ family as our new Application Engineer based in the Philippines. James will specialize in Molding Compounds and Optoelectronic Encapsulants, bringing a fresh perspective and a wealth of knowledge to our team.
James graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Bicol University in Legazpi City, Albay, where he demonstrated academic excellence as a DOST-SEI Merit Scholar. His academic journey included a specialization in environmental engineering, focusing on innovative projects such as the removal of microfibers from laundry wastewater and process design for styrene production through Redox Oxidative Dehydrogenation.
Throughout his academic career, James held various leadership roles in organizations such as PIChE-JCBU, Cru Bicol University, and Elevate Bicol University. These experiences honed his leadership skills and his ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
James brings a passion for continuous learning and innovation to CAPLINQ. His commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and advancements is evident in his completed training and internship experiences, including internships at Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc., and a Process Design Mentorship.
James will be an integral part of the Technical team
Known for his exceptional problem-solving skills and a well-rounded personality, James is a collaborative team player who excels in communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. His strong work ethic and dedication to excellence have driven him to consistently strive for professional growth and development.
Having recently passed the 2023 licensure board examination for Chemical Engineers in the Philippines, James is eager to embark on his professional journey with CAPLINQ. His enthusiasm for learning hands-on technical skills during his leisure time and his active participation in outreach missions and community engagement activities highlight his commitment to both personal and professional development.
