I am happy to announce that as of September 6th, 2021, Elisabetta Cesaroni has joined CAPLINQ as Customer Service & Order Process Administrator. Working out of our offices in Assendelft, the Netherlands, Elisabetta will delight our customers with the service they expect and ensure orders are entered and processed in a timely manner.
Elisabetta couldn’t have come a moment too soon
Though Elisabetta has been with us already for almost four months, she came at a perfect moment. Temporarily filling in for her colleague with maternity leave, she will allow our customer service team to expand, providing an even better, more timely customer experience.
I have worked in Customer Service and Supply Chain for many years. I continue to enjoy working with customers and have always been fascinated by the in and outs of logistics and supply chain management. I also enjoy helping people and feeling part of a team with a common goal.
Though Elisabetta will be joining our customer service team, she will be bringing more skills and scope to the position. She likes to learn new things, study and analyze complex situations and understand the logic behind a process or a procedure. As such the team will be able to learn from Elisabetta as much as she will be able to learn from them.
Elisabetta comes to us as a Master of Arts in Contemporary History, which helps her understand the cultural diversity of both her customers as well as her colleagues. Needless to say, Elisabetta loves reading books and they have been an important part of her life since she was a child. For her, they are the gateway to new worlds that allow her to expand her knowledge and perspective on reality and culture.
Elisabetta also loves learning new languages and traveling to faraway places. For her studies, she traveled to Spain and Argentina, but her new obsession is East Asia, especially South Korea and Japan. She has visited Japan twice already and I am looking forward to visiting South Korea. Aside from being a culture-junky, she is also a food-junky, especially Asian cuisine (obviously!)
Elisabetta to support and serve our European customers
Key to this role will be to accept and process customers’ orders including the many exceptions which make this position so dynamic, challenging, and engaging.
Organizationally, Elisabetta will report to the Customer Service and Supply Chain Manager, but she will interact with all departments as she understands and executes the many orders, samples, and deliveries that occur in a given week.
