CAPLINQ signs deal with Profound Materials

Updated November 2016: Since 2012, CAPLINQ supplies its own brand of leadfree and tin/lead solder spheres.

CAPLINQ announced today its plans to represent Profound Material Technology Co., Ltd to its customer base in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Under the terms of the agreement, CAPLINQ will represent Profound Materials’ soldering materials line with focus on their solder sphere offering.

High-Tech Tin

Profound Materials offering goes beyond tin-lead to include lead-free, ultra-low alpha and electro-plated solder spheres in a range of diameters from 0.075mm to 0.89mm (3 to 35 mil). Profound Material is not only capable to manufacture the alloys and purify the solder material, but it has an innovative diameter and spheroid selecting system of solder balls and an advanced anti-oxidation technology that actually dopes an anti-oxidation element into the alloy in addition to its OSP surface coating process.

Not only are Profound Materials’ products High-Tech, but it uses a unique uniform droplet spraying technology that far outperforms competitors in terms of productivity. This combination of high technology and high productivity allow Profound Materials to offer its customers the best value for the best product.
