It gives me great pleasure to welcome Anna Rutkowska, who, effective the 1st of February 2018, will take up the position of Business Process Analyst at CAPLINQ Europe BV and will be based in our Heemskerk, Netherlands office.
Anna Rutkowska to develop and implement critical business processes
Key to this role will be to design, develop, implement and test critical business processes needed for the success of our business. As CAPLINQ’s service offerings have grown to include REACH Only Representation, Order Fulfillment, Technical Representation and Technical Marketing, so have the processes needed to support these key services.
Anna holds an Engineering degree in Mining & Geology as well as a Master’s degree in Gas Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Poland. Prior to joining CAPLINQ, she worked as a Product Specialist at EDF, the European energy facilities company and as a Product Engineer at Transition Technologies.
Organizationally, Anna will have direct supervisory responsibility over CAPLINQ’s IT developers, designers and programmer and will report to Renee de Schepper for development of our business processes. As business processes touch every area of our business, she will naturally interact with all departments as she learns, develops and implements new tools.
In her spare time, Anna enjoys travelling, shopping and getting to know her new neighborhood. She is looking forward to getting settled in the Netherlands.
