We are excited to welcome Morgan Perabo to the CAPLINQ team as our Order processing administrator for the United States! Based in Canada, Morgan brings over 20 years of diverse industry experience, making him a valuable asset to our Supply chain and Customer Service team.
Morgan’s extensive background spans several industries. In the lending sector, he excelled as a credit adjudicator and analyst, processing loans and ensuring the accuracy of applications. His keen eye for detail and ability to identify process inefficiencies significantly enhanced operational effectiveness.
In the automotive industry, Morgan’s role involved advising customers on recommended maintenance and repairs for their vehicles, demonstrating his strong sales acumen and customer service skills. His retail sales experience further showcases his ability to assist customers with their purchases, ranging from furniture to electronics and home appliances.
Morgan will be part of the Supply chain & Customer service team, helping with timely and effective order processing to better serve our regional customers. Morgan’s commitment to providing and improving customer experiences is evident throughout his career. His broad background equips him with a wealth of experience and a unique perspective that will undoubtedly benefit CAPLINQ’s customer service and order processing team.
Personal life
Eight years ago, Morgan made a significant move from Toronto to the small resort community of Collingwood, Ontario. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys an active lifestyle with hobbies such as snowboarding, mountain biking, fishing, and hiking. Additionally, Morgan is an avid NBA basketball fan, with a particular loyalty to the Toronto Raptors.
